Cookie Policy
What are cookies?
As is common practice with almost all professional websites, this site uses cookies, which are small files downloaded to your computer, to enhance your experience. This page describes what information they gather, how we use it, and why we sometimes need to store these cookies. We will also share how you can prevent these cookies from being stored, although this may downgrade or 'break' certain elements of the site's functionality.
How do we use cookies?
We use cookies for several reasons, such as remembering your language preference, theme, etc. Unfortunately, in most cases, there are no industry standard options for disabling cookies without completely disabling the functionality and features they add to this site. It is recommended that you leave all cookies if you are not sure whether you need them or not, in case they are used to provide a service you use.
Disabling cookies
You can prevent the setting of cookies by adjusting the settings on your browser (consult your browser's Help for how to do this). Please be aware that disabling cookies will affect the functionality of this and many other websites that you visit. Disabling cookies will generally result in disabling certain functionalities and features of this site. Therefore, it is recommended that you do not disable cookies.
Cookies we set
Account-related cookies
If you create an account with us, we will use cookies for the management of the signup process and general administration. These cookies will usually be removed when you log out of the system, however, in some cases, they may remain afterward to remember your site preferences when you log out.
Login cookies
We use cookies to remember you when you are logged in, so that we can remember this action. This prevents you from having to log in every time you visit a new page. These cookies are usually removed or cleared when you log out to ensure you can only access restricted features and areas when logged in.
Orders processing cookies
This site offers e-commerce or payment facilities, and some cookies are essential to ensure that your order is remembered between pages so that we can process it properly.
Surveys cookies
From time to time, we offer surveys and questionnaires to provide interesting information, useful tools, or to better understand our user base. These surveys may use cookies to remember who has already participated in a survey or to provide accurate results after changing pages.
Forms cookies
When you submit data through a form like those found on contact pages or comment forms, cookies may be set to remember your user details for future correspondence.
Site preferences cookies
To provide you with a great experience on this site, we provide the functionality to set your preferences for how this site runs when you use it. To remember your preferences, we need to set cookies so that this information can be called whenever you interact with a page affected by your preferences.
Third-party cookies
In some special cases, we also use cookies provided by trusted third parties. The following section details which third-party cookies you might encounter through this site.
This site uses Google Analytics, which is one of the most widespread and trusted analytics solutions on the web, to help us understand how you use the site and how we can improve your experience. These cookies may track items such as how long you spend on the site and the pages you visit, so we can continue producing engaging content. For more information about Google Analytics cookies, see the official Google Analytics page.
Third-party analytics are used to track and measure the use of this site, so we can continue producing engaging content. These cookies may track items such as the time you spend on the site or the pages you visit, which helps us understand how we can improve the site for you.
Occasionally, we test new features and make subtle changes to the way the site appears. When we are still testing new features, these cookies may be used to ensure that you receive a consistent experience while on the site, while we understand which optimizations our users appreciate the most.
As we sell products, it is important for us to understand statistics about how many visitors to our site actually make a purchase, and therefore this is the type of data that these cookies will track. This is important to you as it means we can make business forecasts accurately that allow us to analyze our advertising and product costs to ensure the best possible price.

TERMS OF USE
- Account Sharing Prohibition: Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each login is personal, non-transferable, and intended exclusively for a single technician, whether an individual or legal entity who owns the account at the time of purchase. The use of the account or license by other companies, branches, business units, partnerships, or entities under common control is forbidden. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account suspension, with no right to refund.
- Access Monitoring: Our system performs continuous monitoring of IP, location, device, and login time. If discrepancies in these data are detected, the account may be automatically suspended or terminated without prior notice.
- Prohibition of Sharing PRO Content and Screenshots: It is prohibited to share content, screenshots, files, analyses, or any material from the PRO version without authorization from Stylo Informática. Any violation will result in account suspension.
- Technical Support: We do not provide technical support for any type of device repair. Our support is exclusively intended to ensure your access to the PanicFull Platforms and to assist in their use.
- Object and License of Use: Stylo Informática grants the User a limited, temporary, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the PanicFull Platforms, including the PRO version, the Work Order System, and all other available functionalities. All technical infrastructure, source code, databases, and content remain the exclusive property of Stylo Informática, protected under applicable law, with no transfer of ownership. Stylo Informática may modify, update, limit, or discontinue modules, features, and services for commercial, legal, security, performance, or strategic reasons, with reasonable prior notice, without this constituting a contractual breach.
- Responsibility for Content and Operations: The User is fully responsible for all data, information, and content inserted into the PanicFull Platforms, including any responsibility toward third parties. Stylo Informática is not responsible for commercial decisions, diagnostics, analyses, operational activities, or any consequences resulting from the User’s use of the system.
- Availability and Technical Downtime: The PanicFull Platforms may become unavailable due to technical failures, Internet instability, maintenance, unforeseen events, force majeure, or external factors beyond Stylo Informática’s control. In such cases, no refunds, compensation, loss of profits, or any type of indemnification will be due.
- Backups and Data Loss: Although the PanicFull Platforms perform automatic backup routines in a secure cloud environment, these procedures are complementary and do not replace the User’s responsibility to maintain their own backup copies. It is the User’s responsibility to create, download, and store backups in an external and protected location. Stylo Informática is not responsible for data loss resulting from the absence of external backups or failures beyond its control. In exceptional situations—such as security incidents, critical failures, data corruption, or cyberattacks—Stylo Informática may, when technically feasible, restore the affected environment using internal contingency backups, without guaranteeing full data recovery or maintaining permanent retention.
- Data Collection and Processing: PanicFull Platforms only process information voluntarily provided by users for analysis and diagnostic purposes, such as failure codes, logs, and technical data related to the analyzed devices, never directly accessing the user’s device. Additionally, the platform may process minimal technical data related to access and authentication, such as IP address, approximate location, browser, device, date, and login time, exclusively for security purposes, access validation, fraud prevention, and compliance with these Terms of Use, not constituting continuous tracking nor access to the device’s content.
- Use of Data: Submitted data is used exclusively for analysis and diagnosis of the reported issues. We do not share or use this information for any other purpose. After processing and analysis, the data is discarded.
- Privacy and Security: We are committed to protecting our users’ privacy. We guarantee that the data submitted for analysis does not contain personally identifiable information and is handled with full confidentiality. Our platform employs strict security practices to protect data throughout the analysis process.
- Use of VPNs and IP Masking Tools: For security and fraud-prevention reasons, the use of VPNs, proxies, or any method that masks or alters the user’s real IP address is strictly prohibited. The system may automatically block, restrict, or suspend access based on the detection of such practices. If the user believes they were incorrectly blocked, they may contact support for review.
- 'PRO Version' Subscription: Subscription to the 'PRO Version' grants access to the Pro content of the site, as described in the 'Comparison Table', which includes additional features beyond the free version. Only one active session per user is allowed.
- Prohibition of Resale, Redistribution, and Unauthorized Commercial Use: The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, sublicensing, commercializing, reselling, redistributing, or making any part of the PanicFull Platforms available to third parties, as well as offering the PanicFull service to others as their own product or as part of any commercial solution. The User is also forbidden from using the PanicFull Platforms to provide services to third parties in a manner that constitutes resale, intermediation, indirect commercial exploitation, or any use not authorized by Stylo Informática, including, but not limited to, using the PanicFull Platforms to serve clients, commercialize analyses, resell diagnostics, or offer services based on content provided by the PanicFull Platforms.
- Feature Availability: The services included in the 'PRO Version' will continue to operate normally as long as users submit the necessary data for analysis. However, if manufacturers or third parties restrict, modify, or discontinue the availability of certain data (logs) or information currently used in the analyses, such features may be affected, and Stylo Informática shall not be held liable for any impact, nor shall this grant the User any right to refunds or indemnification. It is important to note that the 'PRO Version' encompasses multiple services and features, not a single one, and therefore remains active even if a specific feature becomes unavailable.
- Target Audience: The site is intended for specialized technicians equipped with proper repair tools, as well as individuals or companies seeking only a diagnostic evaluation of device failures.
- Repair Suggestions: We strive to minimize the number of suggestions related to logs or error codes. However, in many cases, the same code can originate from different failures. We always suggest the methods most widely used by technicians and instructors worldwide, but no suggestion guarantees success. Each case must be individually evaluated, and suggestions should not be considered repair confirmations, but rather technical guidance. The choice to follow or disregard any suggestion is the User’s responsibility.
- Disclaimer of Liability: Stylo Informática is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services or information provided. Each user is responsible for their own actions and consequences arising from the use of the site’s information and services.
- User Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login information. Any activity performed within their account is their responsibility. The user must not use the site’s services in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful manner. Stylo Informática reserves the right to take legal action against any user who violates these terms or applicable law.
- Anti-Abuse, Scraping, and Automation Clause: Any attempt at fraud, feature abuse, misuse of the platform, automation, scraping, automated data collection, use of scripts, bots, crawlers, reverse engineering, decompilation, or any method to collect, copy, extract, download, store, reproduce, or exploit information, databases, reports, suggestions, content, systems, or services without authorization is strictly prohibited. Violating this clause may result in immediate and permanent account blocking, along with applicable legal measures, including civil and criminal liability.
- Service Change Policy: Stylo Informática reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time, whether temporarily or permanently, as well as to change characteristics, conditions, or forms of availability, without this creating any obligation of compensation or indemnification to users.
- Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the PanicFull Platforms and site services are the exclusive property of Stylo Informática or its licensors. The user has no rights, titles, or interests in the services, except those expressly granted in these terms.
- Prices and Commercial Conditions: Stylo Informática may update prices for plans and services of the PanicFull Platforms due to commercial, currency, operational, or technological reasons, applying the current price at the time of a new subscription. As licenses have a fixed term and no automatic renewal, the User will only subscribe again if they agree with the updated prices.
- Information Availability: We do not guarantee that all searched logs and codes will have suggestions or information available. There are numerous logs and codes currently in existence, with new ones emerging almost daily. The PanicFull Platforms are constantly updated and receive large volumes of logs and error codes.
- Amendment of Terms: Stylo Informática reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to review them regularly.
- Account Suspension and Termination: Stylo Informática reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, without prior notice, in cases of violation of these terms or any other site policy.
- Limitation of Liability: Under any circumstances, the total liability of Stylo Informática arising from any claim related to the use of the PanicFull Platforms shall be limited to the amount effectively paid by the User for the current service period. In no event shall Stylo Informática be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.
- Electronic Acceptance: The User declares that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms of Use. The electronic acceptance recorded by the PanicFull Platforms, including date, time, IP address, browser information, and account identification, has full legal validity and is equivalent to a handwritten signature, in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Use are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. To settle any disputes arising from this document or from the use of the PanicFull Platforms, the parties elect the Court of Lajeado, RS, Brazil as the sole and exclusive competent jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other, no matter how privileged it may be.
